In the wake of the current COVID-19 outbreak, we take this opportunity to provide an update about what we are doing as a company to safeguard our staff and clients.
As of Wednesday, 25 March 2020, we have moved to a fully remote operational model, which means that all of our staff are working from home. However, we are still available to take calls and receive emails as previously.
Our family law office remains very much open for business and look forward to working with our existing and new clients who need our assistance with parenting disputes and property/financial disputes.
For those new clients looking for Family Mediation services, we are able to offer intake sessions within a week and a mediation within two weeks. Intake sessions and mediation will take place from the comfort of your own home via Zoom which you can download for free on your computer or mobile device.
All client meetings are now being conducted by telephone or by Zoom and we are otherwise complying with the Family Court of Western Australia’s updated Public Notice (3) – COVID-19 as at 25 March 2020, which means that we are appearing at all Family Court hearings on behalf of our clients by telephone.
We hope you are staying safe and healthy. For any of our clients affected by the Corona virus, we hope you are getting help and support to put you on the path to recovery (both physically and emotionally).
